The Board provides strategic leadership, governance, policy direction, and oversight. It approves organizational strategies and budgets while ensuring the organization remains focused on its mission and long-term sustainability.
The Executive Director provides overall leadership, strategic direction, organizational representation, and accountability. The office oversees the implementation of programs while ensuring effective coordination across all departments.
The Internal Auditor strengthens organizational accountability by providing independent assurance on risk management, compliance, and internal controls.
